2. The Service

Ziara.ai (“the Company”) provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that includes:

  • The creation of immersive virtual tours through our proprietary Nexa360 platform.
  • An interactive, AI-powered conversational agent named “Ziara” that can be integrated into these tours.
  • Analytics and lead generation tools associated with the use of the Service.

3. User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service :  

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Kingdom of Morocco shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
